MEXICAN INSURANCE OPTION 

The Mexican authorities impound your vehicle, your license and you! Not a problem,  Mexico provides the necessary bond required by the Mexican courts, up to $1,000,000. Without the bond, neither you nor your RV leaves Mexico. Most other insurance companies only pay for your bond, but cannot guarantee the bond will ever be issued. Not a good situation to be in while in a foreign country!  Mexico will actually issue the bond. No muss, no fuss, no confusion.

Mexican laws are Mexican laws, and vehicle accidents are handled much differently than in the U.S. You will now be in immediate need of legal assistance. There are fines, judicial costs, emergency road service fees and medical costs incurred by you and your passengers. How do you pay? Who do you pay? It’s actually pretty easy.  Mexico provides $1,000,000 for bodily injury/property damage and $3,000 per person/$30,000 per accident for medical and other unexpected expenses not originally anticipated when you made your travel plans months ago.

You are now confronted with a legal suit for the damage and injury allegedly caused by you and it appears the final settlement could well exceed $700,000!
